On March 24, the 2010 Ford Escape plummeted 200 feet down an embankment along the Sierra Highway, flipping several times. The first collision happened when 50-year-old Timothy Kemp’s Ford Windstar collided with 22-year-old pedestrian Matthew Bushner.
